Tom Kowal | NA3HL General Manager

Coach Kowal is a native of Anchorage, Alaska. Kowal is entering his fifth season with the Knights and brings extensive knowledge to the ice. Tom grew up playing AAA hockey in Anchorage, Alaska. He went on to play junior hockey for the Omaha Lancers (USHL) and Division I college hockey at both the University of Alaska-Anchorage (WCHA) and the University of Nebraska-Omaha (CCHA).

After his playing career, Tom broke into coaching as an assistant coach in the USHL with Omaha Lancers and the Tri-City Storm. He then moved on to the NAHL where he spent time as an assistant coach for the Youngstown Phantoms.

Coach Kowal helped lead the Knights U16 American team to a AYHL Championship and the Junior A team to a AJHL President Cup Championship.

Tom now resides full time in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Mike Narrigan | NA3HL Head Coach/NAHL Assistant Coach

Coach Mike Narrigan spent the last two seasons as Associate Coach for the Little Flyers EHL and EHLP teams.  Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State Berks in 2014.  While attending Penn State Berks, Narrigan played for the ACHA Division 1 team.  As a Pennsylvania native, Michael played his youth hockey for the Exton Kings organization and moved on to play high school hockey for Spring-Ford High School.  Michael’s coaching career began as an instructor for the Denike Goaltending Academy run by Terry Denike. Michael then joined the Connecticut Nighthawks as an assistant coach on the EHL team and head coach of their MJHL team.  Narrigan was then named the head coach of the Exton Bulls in the NA3AHL for the 2016-2017 season before joining the EHL Little Flyers coaching staff 2017-2019 seasons.
Mike grew up in Collegeville, PA.
